Create a Digital Space

Step 1: Click +Digital Space

  • From the dashboard, click "+ Digital Space" and enter a name.

Step 2: Upload

  • Upload your model on the left and panos on the right.

Step 3: Verify your cameras

NOTE: Enscape users with .xml images will always hit "Continue". We read camera information from the .xml images and not the 3d model.

  • Once your model has been uploaded, you will see a list of views.

  • It may take upwards of 10 minutes to process your model, so this is a sanity check to make sure we are importing everything correctly.

  • Click "Continue" to start processing your model.

Note: (Non-xml image users only) If your cameras were not named with the prefix "DS_", you will see this message.

There are two ways to solve this

  1. Replace "DS" at the top of this screen with the prefix to your view names.
For example, if your cameras are named "View001, View002, ..." - Type "View" into the prefix box.

  2. Or, in Enscape/SketchUp, adjust your view names to have the prefix, "DS_" and re-export your scene.

Step 4: Connect a camera to a pano

NOTE: Enscape users with .xml images can skip this step. We read all camera information from the .xml image.

  • Use the dropdown on each pano and select a camera it connects to.

  • If you are unable to select a camera, wait for the model or panos to finish processing.

Step 5: Enter the "View" tab

  • Enter the "View" tab to see the experience.

  • You can go back to the project in the top left hitting "Project".

Step 6: Publish the Digital Space

  • Publish your experience by clicking "Publish" at the top right of the project page.

  • Once published, you can copy the link or open it in a new tab.
