Collections are a way for you to organize your Digital Spaces inside your organization and can be shared with your members and guests. They act as tags, so you can place a Digital Space inside multiple collections.
If you invite someone to a collection, they will have access to everything inside the collection. As you add or remove Digital Spaces from the collection, they will see this change in their account.
Create a new collection
Create a new collection by selecting the (+) icon from the dashboard and entering a name.
Adding/Removing a Digital Space to/from a collection
From the dashboard, select a project's menu and navigate to "Collections"
Enter the collection names you would like to apply to this project. Remove collections with the "x" next to the collection name.
Renaming a collection
Enter the collection you would like to edit, navigate to its menu in the name at the top, edit collection
Deleting a collection
Enter the collection you would like to delete, navigate to its menu in the name at the top, delete collection
